  • 41 tsp cumin seeds
  • 51 onion, sliced
  • 62 garlic cloves, minced
  • 71 tsp ginger, minced
  • 81/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 91 tsp coriander powder
  • 10Salt to taste
  • 11Lemon juice
  • 12Fresh coriander
Instructions

    Heat oil in a wok or large pan. Add cumin seeds.
