- 1400g paneer, crumbled
- 22 tbsp oil
- 31 tsp cumin seeds
- 42 onions, chopped
- 52 tomatoes, chopped
- 62 green chilies, chopped
- 71 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 81/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 91 tsp red chili powder
- 101 tsp coriander powder
- 111/2 tsp garam masala
- 12Salt to taste
- 13Fresh coriander
- 141 tbsp cream (optional)
Instructions

Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

Add onions and sauté until golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add tomatoes and cook until soft and mushy.

Add all spices and cook for 2 minutes.

Add crumbled paneer and mix gently.

Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add cream if using and garnish with coriander. Serve with roti.
