- 11 cup yellow moong dal, soaked for 2 hours
- 21 green chili
- 31 inch ginger
- 41/4 cup onion, chopped
- 52 tbsp coriander leaves
- 61/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 71/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 8Salt to taste
- 9Oil for cooking
Instructions

Drain soaked moong dal and grind with green chili and ginger to a smooth batter.

Add a little water if needed to make a pouring consistency.

Mix in onions, coriander, cumin seeds, turmeric, and salt.

Heat a non-stick pan and brush with oil.
