Ingredients
- 1500g minced mutton or beef
- 21 cup green peas
- 32 onions, finely chopped
- 43 tomatoes, chopped
- 52 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 62 tsp red chili powder
- 71 tsp turmeric powder
- 82 tsp coriander powder
- 91 tsp garam masala
- 103 tbsp oil
- 11Salt to taste
- 12Fresh coriander
- 13Green chilies
Instructions

Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and cook until golden.

Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes.

Add minced meat and cook until browned.

Add all spices and mix well. Cook for 5 minutes.

Add tomatoes and cook until soft.

Add green peas and 1/2 cup water.

Cover and cook for 15 minutes until meat is tender.

Garnish with coriander and green chilies. Serve with roti.
