  • 11 kg chicken, cut into pieces
  • 23 tbsp oil
  • 32 onions, sliced
  • 44 tomatoes, chopped
  • 52 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 62 tsp red chili powder
  • 71 tsp turmeric powder
  • 82 tsp coriander powder
  • 91 tsp garam masala
  • 101 tsp cumin powder
  • 11Salt to taste
  • 12Fresh ginger strips
  • 13Green chilies
  • 14Fresh coriander
Instructions

    Heat oil in a karahi or wok. Fry onions until golden brown.

    Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes.

    Add chicken pieces and cook until they change color.

    Add all spices and mix well. Cook for 5 minutes.

    Add tomatoes and cook until they break down completely.

    Cover and cook for 20 minutes until chicken is tender.

    Garnish with fresh ginger strips, green chilies, and coriander.

    Serve hot with naan or rice.
