Ingredients
- 11 kg chicken, cut into pieces
- 23 tbsp oil
- 32 onions, sliced
- 44 tomatoes, chopped
- 52 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 62 tsp red chili powder
- 71 tsp turmeric powder
- 82 tsp coriander powder
- 91 tsp garam masala
- 101 tsp cumin powder
- 11Salt to taste
- 12Fresh ginger strips
- 13Green chilies
- 14Fresh coriander
Instructions

Heat oil in a karahi or wok. Fry onions until golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes.

Add chicken pieces and cook until they change color.

Add all spices and mix well. Cook for 5 minutes.

Add tomatoes and cook until they break down completely.

Cover and cook for 20 minutes until chicken is tender.

Garnish with fresh ginger strips, green chilies, and coriander.
