A slow-cooked Pakistani beef stew with aromatic spices, perfect for a hearty dinner. Traditionally served with naan.

Ingredients
- 11 kg beef shank with bones
- 23 tbsp nihari masala
- 32 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 42 onions, sliced
- 52 tbsp oil
- 61 tsp red chili powder
- 71/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 8Salt to taste
- 9Fresh ginger strips
- 10Fresh coriander
- 11Green chilies
- 12Lemon wedges
Instructions

Heat oil and fry onions until golden. Set aside.

Add beef and ginger-garlic paste. Cook until beef changes color.

Add nihari masala, red chili powder, turmeric, and salt.

Add fried onions and enough water to cover meat.

Pressure cook for 1 hour or slow cook for 3 hours until tender.

Cook uncovered to thicken gravy.

Garnish with ginger, coriander, and green chilies.

Serve with naan and lemon wedges.
